Creating meaningful keepsakes to remember, honour and celebrate your loved one's life

Within our design studio, a team of four graphic designers and four AV specialists collaborates to produce meaningful keepsakes, such as service sheets and photo presentations.

By entrusting our team, you can focus on what matters most: being together as a family, cherishing memories, and honouring your loved one in a way that truly reflects their essence.

Our team of experienced Graphic Designers will take you through the options to create beautiful keepsakes reflecting your loved one’s life.

The Design Process

Make an appointment: Our design team will contact you to schedule an appointment. Appointments are preferred to be no later than 10am the working day prior to the service, to allow us time to design your special keepsakes.

Prepare for your design appointment: The Design Guide is available for you to look through to begin making some choices in relation to service sheet design, choosing your photos for the photo tribute (50-80 photos) and optional extras like photo frames, candles and digital photo books.

Meet with our design specialist: This will take approximately 45 minutes. They will need to take all of your photos and go through the choices you have made for the service booklet, and any other items you would like to have included.

Review and approve for printing: The design team will send a draft of the service booklet to you by lunch time, the day prior to the service, for your review. All names, dates, details and the design of the booklet will need to be reviewed and approved by 3:30pm ready for us to print.

After the service: You will receive a keepsake USB with the items prepared by the design studio including the service booklet PDF, a screensaver, the photo presentation and a service recording (if arranged).
